About The Starter Home Project
Our Vision
Between July 2019 and July 2024, starter home prices increased by 55% across the United States. The Starter Home Project is a shared effort to reintroduce a smaller footprint home that is affordable for everyday, hardworking neighbors who are ready for homeownership.
This site is not a housing sales space.
It is designed to help more people implement the Starter Home Project, or a similar concept, in your communities as we collectively try to increase inventory and share ideas to make that possible.
