Our Vision
Between July 2019 and July 2024, starter home prices increased by 55% across the United States. The Starter Home Project is a shared effort to reintroduce a smaller footprint home that is affordable for everyday, hardworking neighbors who are ready for homeownership.

As an informational starting point, this site is designed to help more people implement the Starter Home Project, or a similar concept, in your communities as we collectively try to increase inventory and share ideas to make that possible.
